过去一周, there have been at least four calls made to Portland Police for a male exposing himself and exhibiting lewd behavior in area parks and trails. Capisic Pond Trail有两起事件，Baxter Woods有两起事件.

安全与安保办公室 and Parkhurst Dining would like to share with our community that we have been experiencing a dramatic increase in the number of food and beverage thefts from the cafes on the Biddeford Campus. 

We would like to remind everyone that not only is theft a Student Conduct referral on campus but that it is also a criminal offense in the State of 缅因州 and this behavior is not acceptable at the University of New England.
