UNE is committed to addressing and reducing instances of discrimination based on sex or gender, 性骚扰, and sexual violence under Title IX. Non-Faculty Professional Staff Due Process Policy

Professional staff who believe that they have been discriminated against or harassed based on a protected category may address it directly with their supervisor or 人力资源. Smoke and tobacco use in the workplace have become an important health issue and there is considerable evidence that smoke is harmful not only to smokers but to non-smokers. The University of New England became 100% tobacco-free campus in 2014 and prohibits smoking on campus. Individuals should become familiar with various aspects of the Tobacco and Smoke-Free policy (PDF).
